Announcement PDF 15 May 2023 ASX Announcement Resignation of Chief Operating Officer The Directors of Gold Hydrogen Limited (the Company, ASX:GHY) wish to advise that Luke Titus has resigned from the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Executive Director Roger Cressey has agreed to take over the COO position until the Company recruits a replacement. Mr Cressey has recent experience as COO and CEO in an ASX-listed oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr Titus will continue as a Non-Executive Director of the Company until 5 August 2023, or an earlier date to be agreed. The Directors would like to thank and acknowledge Luke for his work in generating the Company’s project opportunities.
